Who we are
NMESIS (also known as NMESIS Motion Lab) is an automotive studio based in Cairo, Egypt and Dubai, UAE. We create vehicle digital twins, automotive CGI, configurators and interactive brochures for automotive brands and their authorised distributors.
NMESIS is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about any privacy question at info@nmesis.io.
Information we collect
We only collect information that helps us respond to you and run a secure, reliable website.
- When you contact us. Your name, email address, the service you are interested in, how you heard about us and your message, which the contact form emails to our team. If you email us directly, we also receive anything you choose to include, such as your company, phone number or attachments.
- When you browse. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and when, so it can deliver the website and protect it from misuse.
- In your browser. Your light or dark mode preference and a random identifier used to decide which website sections are displayed. Neither contains your name or contact details.
Please don’t send us sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, through the website or by email.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.
- To prepare proposals, agreements and invoices, and to deliver the work we agree.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
- To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We don’t sell personal information, share it for advertising or use it for automated decisions about you.
Why we can use it
Depending on the law that applies to you, we rely on your consent when you choose to contact us, on taking steps you request before entering into an agreement, on our legitimate interest in running a secure website and responding to business enquiries, and on our legal obligations.
We handle personal information in line with the data protection laws that apply to our work, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 where relevant.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two small items in your browser’s local storage:
- Colour mode (nmesis-color-theme). Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
- Display setting (nmesis:posthog:distinct-id). A random identifier sent to PostHog’s EU service to check which optional website sections, such as client testimonials, are switched on. We don’t use PostHog analytics or session recording on this website.
You can clear these items at any time in your browser settings; the website continues to work without them. Interactive configurators and brochures open from separate NMESIS or partner websites only when you choose to launch them, and those experiences may use their own storage.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our website and business, and only as far as they need it:
- Vercel. Hosts and delivers this website, including the function that sends contact-form messages.
- Resend. Delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- PostHog (EU). Evaluates the display settings described above.
- Email and productivity providers. Receive, store and send our correspondence.
- Experience hosting providers. Platforms such as Railway, Cloudflare and Framer serve our interactive experiences when you launch them.
- Instagram and LinkedIn. If you follow our social links, their own privacy policies apply.
We may also share information with professional advisers, with authorities where the law requires it, or with a successor business if NMESIS is reorganised or acquired.
International transfers
We work from Egypt and the UAE, and some of our providers process information in other countries, including the European Union and the United States. When information moves between countries, we take reasonable steps so that it remains protected as the applicable law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards as part of our business records. Project records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards as long as legal, accounting or contractual obligations require. Our hosting providers keep technical logs for short periods under their own policies.
Keeping it secure
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act promptly if something goes wrong.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold information about you and give you a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your information or restrict how we use it.
- Object to our use of it, or withdraw consent you have given.
- Provide your information in a portable format, where applicable.
Email info@nmesis.io and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also contact your local data protection authority, such as Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Centre or the UAE Data Office.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as our website and services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
